Poem Wording
If someone asked me if I’d like
a million pounds or you,
I’d say in no uncertain terms
with it what they could do,
see, pounds can’t give me cuddles
or smiles, or laughs, or hugs,
or butterflies, or spooning,
or any heartstring tugs.
If money makes the world go round,
then let me be a square,
It’s you who make my orbit spin
and rich beyond compare.
so no thanks, keep your million pounds
nothing could come above,
the way I feel about you,
my world, my priceless love.
